By submission of this Application, I hereby apply for Full Boat Club Membership in Pecanwood HOA Country Club Boat Club and commit to the applicable fee.

I acknowledge that this Application will not be acted upon unless fully completed, signed and the entrance fee and subscription fees have been paid. The subscription rate from 1 June 2022 – 31 May 2023 is R8,100.00.

Additional Syndicate Application fee R1,285.00 per person.

Upon signing this Application, I authorize the disclosure and release of information to Pecanwood HOA Country Club Boat Club for investigating my qualifications for the application, and authorize those persons or entities mentioned above to furnish information to the Pecanwood HOA Country Club Boat Club.

I understand that acceptance for the application in Pecanwood HOA Country Club Boat Club is subject to approval by the HOA, subject to the Membership Plan, and payment of the required entrance fee, annual subscriptions and other charges where applicable.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and bind myself to the Rules & Regulations and any amendments thereof as made by the Pecanwood HOA.

I indemnify the Pecanwood HOA of all liability associated with the use of the facilities managed, leased or owned by the Pecanwood HOA.
